Due to the perishable nature of food and drink items, these cannot be returned.

Non-perishable items (e.g., tea towels, homeware, gifts) may be returned under the conditions below.
2. Standard Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return for eligible non-perishable products.

Unused or unworn

With all tags intact

To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
