1. Overview

  • We aim to provide a premium experience with every hamper and product.

  • Due to the perishable nature of food and drink items, these cannot be returned.

  • Non-perishable items (e.g., tea towels, homeware, gifts) may be returned under the conditions below.

2. Standard Returns

  • You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return for eligible non-perishable products.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • In the same condition as received

    • Unused or unworn

    • With all tags intact

    • In the original packaging

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Returns must be sent to: Welsh Luxury Hamper Co. Ltd, Unit 5, Hanbury House, Welsh Street, Chepstow, NP16 5LL

  • Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide:

    • Instructions on how and where to send the package

     

  • Customers are responsible for returning items in a secure and trackable manner.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • In the unlikely event your hamper or product arrives damaged or defective from transit, contact us immediately.

  • We will work to resolve the issue professionally and fairly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Food and drink items (including perishable goods, hampers, fresh produce)

  • Custom, personalised, or bespoke products

  • Gift cards or sale items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item is returnable.

6. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
