Our online shop will remain open during this time, and if you’d still like to place an order, you can select a delivery date from 10th August onwards at checkout.
Orders placed during our break will be dispatched from 10th August, when we return and begin fulfilling orders again.

A semi-soft, rind-washed organic cheese with a nutty, savoury flavour. Washed in cider for a gentle character when young, it matures into a richer, more pungent cheese over time. Delicious enjoyed as it is, or baked for a wonderfully gooey treat.
