You will receive a tracking email when your order has been dispatched. Our couriers will provide you with a delivery time slot on the day of delivery. You have the option to mark your delivery to be left in a safe place or leave it with a neighbor. We cannot be liable for non-deliveries due to the recipient being unavailable on the day of delivery. Please note we cannot replace or refund perishable items that have spoiled due to non-delivery.

Orders must be placed by 2pm to fall into that working day

This service will guarantee delivery on Sunday. Please note that the order must be placed by 2pm on Friday.
